Furniture Orders - Terms & Conditions
- All furniture sales are final with the exception of pieces that arrive damaged or broken, which will be replaced. Please inspect these items immediately and contact us to arrange a return of a damaged or broken item. In some instances a furniture return may be possible, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please see Returns for more details.
Special Order Items (Lead Time)
- Any product listed as a Special Order Item has a Lead Time. The Lead Time is the time it takes for the item to leave the manufacturer and does not include transit time. Please note that lead times are estimates only and Sprout cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will ship the item within their quoted lead time.
Shipping - Domestic
- All orders received by 10am PST will be shipped out within the following 1-2 business days according to the method chosen at checkout.
- We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75, in the contiguous United States only.
- UPS Ground/SurePost, is used for Standard Shipping and is calculated at checkout on orders under $75.
- Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
- A Special Delivery Fee may apply to heavy items, rates are listed on the individual product's page.
- Where stated, threshold delivery may be included. This means that products will be delivered inside your front door, but no packaging will be removed and no assembly is included.
- White Glove Delivery is included where stated, or can be purchased as an add-on to select items. White Glove Delivery includes delivery into your home, assembly in the room of your choosing, and removal of all packaging.
Shipping - International
- We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
- Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
- Non-sale merchandise in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for full refund (less shipping costs).
- After 30 days, we can issue a store credit.
- Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip shall be accepted at our discretion. If you no longer have your packing slip, please email us at email@example.com to obtain authorization.
- All furniture and rug sales are final with the exception of pieces that arrive damaged or broken. Please inspect these items immediately and contact us to arrange return.
- In some instances a furniture return may be possible, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All purchases of sale items and personal care are final.
- For safety concerns, Car Seats are not eligible for return unless unused and the original packaging is unopened.
- Mail-In Returns:
- Repack the item in its original box.
- Write "return" at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.

Follow the directions above, with a note about what you would like to receive in its place, as well as your phone number. Your credit card or your paypal account will be charged for the difference, including additional shipping. Any additional funds will be returned or added as a credit on your account, depending on whether the initial items were a gift.
